Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for any candy not opened and in its original packaging up to 30 days after the order was made. Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Volim Sweets in their original condition at their expense. There will be a 5% stocking fee of all unopened candy returned. 

If you are returning a item that was not ordered by you or a wrong candy was sent, Volim Sweets will cover the return shipping and restocking fee.

Please note that we are not responsible for chocolates melting when shipped during warm months. We cannot control the weather or what happens to candy when delivered in the heat.
